The employee has exceeded expectations in every area he was consulted on and several he was not. Attendance was perfect, if you count the sunny spot on the couch as attendance, which the employee does.
Areas of strength
Cookie criticism. Every cookie photo this quarter was reviewed personally, on the laptop screen, from very close up. The employee is not allowed near the actual cookies and has noted this in writing.
Napping. Sustained excellence. No notes.
Inventory. The employee sat on the laptop during all three counts, which made sure nobody could change the numbers while he was present. The counts were later redone. The employee considers this a management issue.
Goals for Q3
Continued oversight of the book boxes in the hallway. A formal review of the bird feeder situation. One (1) new cardboard box, for research.
